Antonio Pappalardo for Bread Religion at Vinitaly 2014

Sunday, April 6,Antonio Pappalardo will be at Vinitaly, at the Slow Food Italia Pavillon, to open the first lap of Bread Religion’s new 2014 edition.

For the event, Antonio will prepare one pizza and one special sandwich, with the precious contribution of Petra’s flours from Molino Quaglia. The pizza will be filled with Fiordilatte from Agerola, zucchini cooked at Scapece style, confit pear and semi-mature pecorino from piena, whereas the sandwich will be made of creamy bufala, toasted tardy radicchio  and local Guanciale.
