The 3rd of July Antonio Pappalardo will be in Paris, guest at the restaurant La Taverna, for the Special Dinner Pizza Gourmet, an event organised by Consortium Paris, to promote the Italian products and gastronomic culture. In this context, he will present the new Italian modern and gourmet pizza through a lesson about  ingredients and rising techniques, followed by tasting and pairing with great products.
