Antonio will be at Sigep the 21st of January

Tuesday, January 21st, Antonio Pappalardo will be, with Molino Quaglia, at Sigep, the International Fair of Gelateria, Pastry and Panificazione of Rimini.

For the event he will create a special pizza, with a special dough, filled with baked octopus, Puntarelle and smoked ricotta.
