ChePizza!

From October 28 to 30 I will be there! Where? In Milan for ChePizza! together with 18 chef pizzaioli for an event organized by Italian Gourmet at Superstudiopiù with two pizzas that I will present also at the showcookings with the public.

I will present the Parmigiana 2.0 (fiordilatte cheese, grilled aubergine, basilica perlage, Burrata and datterino confit) and the Tagliatella di Seppia (cuttlefish, kaki, fruit salad crumble and liquorice powder).
