This night Antonio Pappalardo will meet two international guests.

From Paris, the friend and colleague Gennaro Nasti, owner of the pizzerias Popine e Bijou in Parigi. A great pizzaiolo master, who win the love of the French capital with a high quality proposal.

From Scottland, instrada, the brewery Fyne Ales, that will be present with some handcrafted bears still not sold in Italy and with the master brewer. Bears with a great character, born between the Schottisch fjord, close to the loch Fine Lake.  the guest will be in Cascina thanks to the next event of  Grani & Luppoli – Il tour 2017/2018 by Ferrowine.

The dessert will be made by Matteo Attianese and paired with an excellence from the territory of Brescia: the coffee monorigine Sidamo Etiopia 100% Arabica of Torrefazione Caffè Agust.
