For this last night Antonio Pappalardo invited two international guests.

From Paris the friend and colleague Gennaro Nasti, owner of the two Pizzeria Popine and Bijou in Parigi. A great master pizzaiolo, who conquiste the french capital with his high-quality proposals.

From Scotland the brewery Fyne Ales, that will be present with some of the handcrafted bears inedited in Italy and with the presence of the master brewer. High profile bears, born in the scottish fjords, close to the salted Lake Loch Fine. The special guest will present the event, thanks to the proximity of the  Grani & Luppoli – Il tour 2017/2018, event created by Ferrowine.

The dessert will be made, as always, by Matteo Attianese, in pairing with an excellence from the territory of Brescia: the coffee monorigine Sidamo Etiopia 100% Arabica from the Torrefazione Caffè Agust in Brescia.
