In Australia with Stefano Manfredi

By the end of October Antonio Pappalardo will be in Australia, where he will stay for one month to care of the opening of Stefano Manfredi’s new pizzeria, inside Sidney’s Casinò.

A long-lasting project, started with Antonio’s visit in Australia and continued with the meeting of the two at La Cascina dei Sapori.

Manfredi, who is Italian cuisine’s spokesperson in Australia, book writer and owner of different famous restaurants, gave Antonio free rein on the ingredients and on the flours. The new pizzeria will be the first in Australia using farine Petra, of Molino Quaglia.

Antonio will be in Australia fon one month, the time necessary to care of the pizzeria’s style and help the staff during the first opening days, in November.
