La Cascina meets Union Street Cafè!

After the great success of the first date at the Union Street Café in London, one of Gordon Ramsay’s top spots, the second date is approaching.

Antonio Pappalardo, together with the staff of La Cascina, is getting ready to meet the executive head chef Davide Degiovanni.

One Tasting menu designed together: La cascina will grant the high quality of the doughs, two Spicchi at the Gambero Rosso rating scale and a more that 10 nears-long experience in the world of pizza and bread. The toppings, instead, are the result of different contaminations signed Union Street Cafe and realised by Davide Degiovanni.
