Our Marco Bagossi (born in 1997), sous pizza chef at Cascina dei Sapori, will be at Festival della Gastronomia this weekend, from 30th November to 1st December, in Milano, MIND Milano Innovation District.

He will compete to win the Best Young Pizza Chef Award.
