Antonio Pappalardo has been selected among the participants at the Miglior Pizza Chef Emergente Sud 2013 Contest. The event will take place in Napoli, from the 2nd to the 4th of June and will host the competition among the best emergent pizzaioli of south Italy. Antonio will compete the 3rd of June!
